BETA GROUP PROGRAM FAQ
Will the sessions be recorded?
The weekly live zoom sessions will NOT be recorded, so that participants can feel safe to share, if they’d like.

HOWEVER, the lives on our private Facebook page will be saved for a week for members who were not able to make it to this additional support that is provided inside the private Facebook group.
But I’m shy. Do I have to share?
No. You don’t have to share to be in the group. Also, you don’t have to share in order to benefit from this service.
Having said that, in my 13 years of experience offering groups discussing this and similar topics, even the shyest person has opened up once she sees how safe she can feel in this setting.
What about my privacy?
All participants will agree to keep the information in the group.
Also, you are welcome to join the Zoom session with your first name only, if that feels more comfortable to you.
Additionally, Zoom sessions will not be recorded to help you feel safer sharing.
Can I turn off my camera during the Zoom sessions?
No. All cameras need to stay on so that group members in this intimate setting can feel safe and build trust.
Please note: it is imperative that you join us from a quiet and private place, again, so that everyone feels safe sharing AND is not distracted. No other activities during group coaching sessions.
How many people are in this group?
For this trial group, I have set the limit to a maximum of seven members.
Why group and not individual sessions?
Although individual sessions have their own benefits. Here is a list of benefits you will not get from individual coaching.
In group coaching:
-
You will see that you’re not alone in your struggles.
-
You can receive support from other members.
-
You will hear perspectives that you would not have access to in individual sessions.
-
You will likely feel inspired by others’ progress and insight. This can lead to taking different and more helpful actions.
-
Group sessions are generally more affordable.
I am nervous about being in a group setting. Does that mean I’m not a good candidate?
It absolutely does NOT mean that. Vast majority of my group members over the years have shared later on that they were super nervous before joining and especially in the first session. However, they were able to warm up to others early on and feel comfortable, per their own report AND my observations.
The fact that nobody is forced to participate helps as well. You share if and when you want to.
Will members be talking about details of their past traumas?
No. That is NOT the focus of this group coaching program. Processing trauma is more appropriate for a therapy session. And this is NOT therapy.
I’m in therapy already. Am I still a good candidate?
Yes. I have had many clients over the years who have had individual therapy and have found this type of group service to expedite their progress.
What if other group members are judgemental and rude to me when I share?
I literally have never experienced this in my thirteen years of providing similar services. HOWEVER, if that ever happens it is my responsibility to address the situation.
I have a vacation planned for the summer. Can I miss a few sessions?
You would benefit from this service if you’re present for all appointments. However, missing one session is acceptable. You must be able to commit to at least five out of the six live Zoom sessions.
Also, arriving on time to sessions is important.
Why is the investment so low for all these hours of education and support from a Doctor of Psychology and a therapist of twenty-five years?
Although I have been educating and supporting women around boundaries in dating for years, this is the first time I’m offering this service in this particular format.
I’m requesting your honest feedback and testimonials in exchange for this highly discounted rate.
