Please READ carefully BEFORE registering for your session. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Not Therapy: This coaching session is for personal and professional growth purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
Not Appropriate for Severe Concerns: (Laser) Coaching is not suitable for individuals experiencing active mental health crises, including but not limited to suicidal thoughts, self-harm, thoughts of harming others, severe mood or personality disorders, or unmanaged substance use. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health provider.
Refunds & Rescheduling: All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. You may reschedule your session once with at least 24-hour notice.
Session Guidelines:

Your camera must stay on during the session.
Please be in a private, distraction-free environment.
NO Driving.
Bring something to write with.
Your session will not be recorded.

Confidentiality: What you share will be kept confidential. Exceptions include safety concerns.

Client Responsibility: By registering, you affirm that you are over the age of 18, you are emotionally and psychologically stable enough to participate in coaching and that you understand coaching is distinct from therapy. You take full responsibility for your choices, decisions, and actions during and after the session.
