Step Up to the Empowered You.
Life After Divorce
Divorce, separation, or breakup, help is here!
Divorce (or breaking up after a long-term relationship) can be the death of the life you knew, the death of your marriage, the death of some of your friendships, the death of relationship with your in-laws, the death of your future plans, the death of an intact family, and death of your sense of security.
Which ones of the above losses do you relate with?!
If you are a woman who is going back and forth between anger, depression, confusion, denial, shame, guilt, and disappointment, after a divorce OR a breakup, you're about to see that growth IS possible.
"Life After Divorce" individual coaching program is a Four-Session package that I've designed for you. It focuses on stages of grief after Divorce/Separation/Breakup as well as shame and guilt. It will give you basic tools that you can build on throughout this journey.
You may be thinking, "Why should I pay for coaching when I can use my insurance for therapy?" Here's why: There are educational components in this program that your therapist would not necessarily know to bring up with you. BECAUSE in traditional therapy, your therapist follows YOUR lead and teaches you things according to what you bring in. But here, we have certain subjects that I have planned for us AND will discuss them with flexibility. The length of time we spend on each subject will depend on what you bring in. Does this make sense?
