This session is for women who are emotionally ready to be coached. If you are currently in mental health crisis or managing an untreated condition, therapy is the right first step and I respect that deeply.

Your session is held privately on Zoom and is never recorded. 

This is coaching, not therapy. You bring the willingness and you own what you do with it.

I know what stuck feels like from the inside.

I came to the United States by myself, with no money, no support, and a language I barely spoke. I carried depression, anxiety, and a self-esteem that had been quietly dismantled before I arrived.

I dated the wrong people. I said yes when I meant no. I paid real consequences for finally learning to say no to family, to jobs, to systems that did not have my best interest at heart.

Every single consequence was worth it.
