Your Energy Is Leaking Into the Wrong Places
If you’re the woman who:
• avoids conflict to keep the peace
• carries everyone else’s emotions
• overthinks conversations afterward
• hopes people will change if you explain better
• feels responsible for fixing family dynamics
• absorbs the chaos of the world into your body
This is for you.
There are three spheres of control.
1. Your inner circle (what you actually control)
• Your boundaries.
• Your responses.
• What you tolerate.
• What you stop explaining.
• How you protect your time, energy, money, and attention.
This is where your power lives.
2. Your middle circle (what you can influence)
• Conversations you can attempt.
• Support you can offer.
• Requests you can make.
• How you show up in relationships.
You can attempt influence here.
You cannot force outcomes.
3. Your outer circle (what you do NOT control)
• World events.
• Much of politics.
• A parent’s personality.
• A partner’s emotional maturity.
• Someone finally understanding you.
• The past.
• The future.
Most emotional burnout comes from living in this outer circle.
• Trying to change people.
• Waiting to be chosen.
• Replaying conversations.
• Overexplaining your boundaries.
• Holding responsibility that was never yours.
That’s not strength.
That’s exhaustion.
Boundaries belong in your inner circle.
Not as walls.
As self-leadership.
Boundaries are how you decide:
• Who gets access to you.
• What drains you.
• What you carry.
• What you release.
If you’re a woman who wants calm authority in unstable times, this is the shift.
I teach this inside my boundaries course for women who avoid conflict and are tired of emotional overgiving.
Simple.
Practical.
No big talks.
No emotional blowups.
